J A K A R T A – November 20 th 2020. Lion Air (flight code JT) member of Lion Air Group issued an official notice, that it has received information in the form of a Permohonan Penundaan Kewajiban Pembayaran Utang (PKPU) submitted by The Applicant Rolas Budiman Sitinjak in case No. 265/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2020 and by The Applicant Budi Satoso in case No. 343/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2020 at the Central Jakarta District Court, The Panel of Judges has ruled with the warning of a ruling "rejecting PKPU's application for the full term".

In this case, Lion Air has fulfilled its obligations to the applicant and other creditors by taking it to the Central Jakarta District Court.
Officially, Lion Air has carried out the verdict and the confirmation of the conciliation has been accepted by the Central Jakarta District Court.
