Every Lion Air Group passenger must follow the health protocols due to COVID-19 by wearing mask at the airport area and during flight, also keep physical distancing.
According to goverment circular letter number 4 year 2020, every Lion Air Group passenger must show below documents as travel requirements:
Travel declaration in order to Control COVID-19 in Indonesia (form can be downloaded here)
Identity card (passport or other legal identity card)
Health Certificate Covid-19 Free Statement Letter from hospital doctor, clinic or puskesmas, which you’re entitled after undergoing a series of tests, including rapid test or swab test/PCR with a non-reactive/negative result within 7 (seven) days before departure
Statement or reference letter according to the categories of passengers who are allowed to travel
Lion Air Group has rights to reject passenger and release from law liabilities if the passenger’s documents are not suitable with the requirements.
Lion Air Group mendukung kebijakan pemerintah dalam rangka pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19 dengan mengacu kepada SE No 4 Tahun 2020 GUGUS TUGAS PERCEPATAN PENANGANAN COVID-19, mengenai Kriteria Pembatasan perjalanan orang keluar atau masuk wilayah batas negara dan/atau batas wilayah administratif dengan kendaraan pribadi atau sarana transportasi umum (darat, kereta api, penyeberangan, laut, dan udara) di seluruh Indonesia.
