J A K A R T A – 22 June 2020. Lion Air (JT flight code), Wings Air (IW flight code), Batik Air (ID flight code) member of Lion Air Group resubmit the necessary terms and conditions for each passenger who will travel air during the alert of Pandemic Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19).

The flight implementation of Lion Air Group is still running and in accordance with the health protocols that have been arranged, with the expectation that each operation can fulfill the elements of safety, security (safety first) and in an effort does not lead to cause the spread of Covid-19.

Domestic flight in accordance with circular of task Force of acceleration handling Covid-19 number 7 year 2020 about the Terms and Conditions of people's travel adaptation of new habits towards the productive and safe Society Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), explaining that the health test methods used and the validity period are:

1. If the health test used is the Rapid Test Covid-19, then the validity period is 3 days, or
2. If the health test used is Reverse Transcription – Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR Covid-19), then the validity period is 7 days, or
3. If both of the above test methods are not available in the original area, then the prospective passengers should get a symptom-free description such as influenza (influenza-like illness) from a hospital doctor/Puskesmas.

Requirements required to enter and exit in a specific city/region:

1. WEST SUMATERA ( Rules of Governors No. 38 year 2020)
   Departure through Minangkabau International Airport (PDG), required:
   1. Letter of certificate or introduction from the chairman of the neighborhood association (RT),
   2. Show a certificate of PCR Covid-19 test with negative result valid 7 days or test certificate of Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-reactive result valid 3 days on departure.
   Arrival from another city/area destination of Minangkabau International Airport (PDG), required:
   1. Letter of certificate or introduction from the chairman of the neighborhood association (RT),
   2. Show a certificate of PCR Covid-19 test with a negative result of valid 7 days or letter, test details of Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-reactive results valid 3 days at the time of departure,
   3. Compulsory to fill up the list of fields that the officer prepares when arriving at the destination airport,
   4. Create a self-imposed isolation or quarantine statement letter,
   5. Must report to the neighborhood association (RT) when arriving at the destination.
2. JAKARTA, BOGOR, DEPOK, TANGERANG, BEKASI (JABODETABEK)
   Departure and arrival (travel) via:
   1. Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK) and
   2. Halim Perdanakusuma International Airport (HLP),
      Mandatory: Shows the test certificate of PCR Covid-19 with a negative result valid 7 days or certificate of Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-reactive results valid 3 days on departure.
3. BALI ( Bali Governor's Letter No. 550/ 3563/ Dishub)
   Arrival from outside the city/area of Bali via I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Badung (DPS), required:
   1. Show PCR test result Covid-19 negative validity period 7 days (not Rapid Test Covid-19),

4. BALIKPAPAN ( Balikpapan Mayor’s Letter No. 551.43/ 0293/ Dishub)
   Arrival from another city/region through Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman Sepinggan International Airport, Balikpapan (BPN) with the final destination of Balikpapan, required:
   1. For passengers on non-east Kalimantan ID CARD, the PCR Covid -19 test certificate with negative result is valid 7 days or test certificate of Rapid Test Covid-19 non-reactive result 2 times in time (H1 and H7 to 10), the second rapid test period at least 3 days before departure, with the obligation to conduct independent isolation in Balikpapan,
   2. For those who have an East Kalimantan ID CARD must have a certificate from the hospital laboratory registered with the Ministry of Health RI with non-reactive results Rapid Test Covid-19,
   3. Show certificate of influenza free issued by doctors, hospitals, health centers for areas that do not have a test facility Covid-19 PCR and or Rapid Test Covid-19, which is evidenced by the written certificate of Head of District health office or local city.
5. NORTH SULAWESI ( Governor's Circular 440/20.6465/Sekr-Ro.Hukum)
   Departure via Sam Ratulangi International Airport, Manado (MDC)
   Prospective passengers take the health test at designated health care facilities (letter of the District health Office of North Sulawesi No. 440/Sekr/1644/VI/2020):

   1. All incoming/arriving passengers are required to follow the Rapid Test Covid-19 again by the appointed officer, even though it has brought a health test certificate of PCR or Rapid Test Covid-19,
   2. When the health test results are reactive, they will be taken to the Halfway House to undergo further examination.
6. JAYAPURA, PAPUA ( Surat Edaran Sekretariat Daerah No. 550/ 6501/ SET and latest information)
   Departure via Sentani International Airport, Jayapura (DJJ), required:
   1. Has a test certificate of PCR Covid-19 with a negative result that is valid for 10 days or a certificate of Rapid Test Covid-19 with a non-reactive result that is valid 7 days upon departure from the Regional Health Laboratory,
   2. Include a letter of entry approval (SPKM) of the Papua Province by the governor of Papua.
   Arrival from another city/region via Sentani International Airport, Jayapura (DJJ)
   1. Have ID CARD of Papua, serving or working in Papua, including spouse/child,
   2. Have an explanation letter of PCR Covid-19 test with a negative result that is valid 10 days or certificate of Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-reactive result that is valid 7 days upon departure from the health care facility that can be held accountable.
7. MIMIKA, PAPUA ( Mutual agreement No. 443.1/386 and new information)
   Departures from Mozes Kilangin International Airport, Timika, Mimika (TIM), required :
   Shows the results of the Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-reactive results or the results of the PCR Test Covid-19 with negative results, both of which have a 7-day validity period.
   Arrivals from outside the city/region through Mozes Kilangin International Airport, Timika, Mimika (TIM), with provisions:
   1. Shows results of Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-reactive results or PCR results Test Covid-19 with negative results, both of which are valid 7 days

   Arrival from outside the city/area through Djalaludin Airport, Gorontalo (GTO), required:
   1. Has a test certificate of Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-recitative results valid for 3 days or PCR Covid-19 with a negative result that is valid 7 days,

9. NUSA TENGGARA TIMUR (Nusa Tenggara Timur Circular Governor Letter No. BU.550/08/DISHUB/2020)
   Departure and arrival (travel in one area) intra Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT), that free of Covid-19 health documents.
   Departure (travel) from NTT to other cities/regions, required: show a certificate of PCR Covid-19 with a negative result of valid 7 days or test of Rapid Covid-19 non-reactive results valid 3 days, or certificate of influenza free (influenza-like illness) issued by a hospital doctor/center for areas that do not have a PCR and/or Rapid-Test facility.
   Arrival from outside the city/other area to NTT, required: show a certificate of PCR Covid-19 with a negative result of valid 7 days or test of Rapid Covid -19 non-reactive results valid 3 days, or certificate of influenza free (influenza-like illness) issued by a hospital doctor/center for areas that do not have a PCR and/or Rapid-Test facility.
10. TARAKAN ( Letter of Duty acceleration handling Covid-19 Tarakan City)
    Arrival from another city/region via Juwata International Airport, Tarakan (TRK), required:
    1. Passengers who only have a test certificate of Rapid Test Covid-19 or a symptom free certificate such as influenza, it is compulsory to undergo the PCR Covid-19 test in Tarakan City HOSPITAL or RSUD Tarakan or quarantine in hotels/inns/mess that has been certified in the Covid-19 quarantine accommodation from Gugus Tugas Covid-19 in Tarakan City for 14 days independently financed,
    2. Passengers who test results of PCR Covid-19 with negative results are not obliged to undergo quarantine.
11. BERAU ( Circular letter of the Task Force acceleration handling Covid-19 Berau District No. 400/200/GTPP-COVID19/SE/2020)
    Arrival from other cities/regions outside East Kalimantan via Kalimarau Airport (BEJ), required:
    1. Show a certificate of PCR Covid-19 test from the original area with a negative result that is valid 7 days at the time of departure,
    2. If the results are not shown, they are required to quarantine at their own expense for 14 days at the designated place or return to the original area.
    Arrival from other city/region within East Kalimantan area through Kalimarau Airport (BEJ), required:
    1. Show a free certificate of symptoms such as influenza issued by a hospital doctor/health Center or the results of a temperature examination of no more than 37.5 degrees Celsius and showed no symptoms of Covid-19 (cough, flu, shortness of breath),
    2. If the body temperature more than 37.5 degrees Celsius is willing to conduct health tests PCR Covid-19 at own expense or return to the original area,
    3. Willing to conduct self-quarantine for 14 days monitored by Covid Task Force-19 Berau district to the local neighborhood association (RT) level.
12. JAYAWIJAYA, PAPUA ( Notification No. 00g I 3093/BUP)
    Departure via Wamena Airport (WMX), required:
    1. Have a travel recommendation letter that can be accessed https://jayawijayakab.go.id/public/files/permohonan_perjalanan.docx and follow the test tests of the Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-reactive results valid 7 days upon departure,
    2. Special for the agency/civil servant/ARMY/POLICE must attach a letter of duty and send to the Secretariat Posko Covid-19 Jayawijaya District,
    3. For those who will travel outside Papua, must take care of the first permit to the Papua provincial government and which is not a Papua KTP must fill in the statement not to return to Papua for 1 year.
    Arrival from another city/region via Wamena Airport (WMX)
    1. From outside Papua: it is mandatory to present the PCR/SWAB health test letter with a negative result of the 10-day validity period at the time of departure,
    2. From one area (intra) Papua: Medical test Certificate of Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-reactive results valid 7 days at the time of departure.

13. Ambon ( Regulation of Ambon Mayor number 18 year 2020)
    Departure via Pattimura International Airport (AMQ), required:
    1. Shows the test certificate of Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-reactive results, validity period of 3 days on the day of departure,
    2. Passengers with ID CARD not from Ambon City Not domiciled in the city of Ambon, does not require an entry permit (SIKM),
    3. Passengers with ID CARD or Ambon City domicile must have SIKM,

    Arrival from another city/region via Pattimura International Airport (AMQ), required:
    1. Shows the test certificate of Rapid Test Covid-19 with non-reactive results, validity period of 3 days on the day of departure,
    2. Ambon Citizen ID card passenger, domiciled by Ambon, non-Ambon ID CARD and non-Ambon domicile must have SIKM,

International Flights

It is mandatory to show PCR Covid-19 health test letters with negative results.
