Lion Air Group Flight Information: MANDATORY Air Travel Requirements for the 19th Pandemic Period
JAKARTA - May 10 2020 . Lion Air (JT flight code), Wings Air (IW flight code), Batik Air (flight ID code) member of Lion Air Group provides information regarding the re-operation scheduled for Sunday (10/05), adjustment of departure and arrival terminals, that is:
- All Lion Air domestic flights from Terminal 1A move to Terminal 2E Soekarno-Hatta International Airport,
- All Lion Air, Batik Air, Malindo Air and Thai Lion Air international flights from Terminal 2F move to Terminal 3 Soekarno-International Airport Hatta,
- All domestic Batik Air flights remain in Terminal 2E,
- For other airports operating in the same terminal.
The process and preparation of "mandatory" air travel for prospective guests or passengers of Lion Air Group, as follows:
- Arrive early at the departure terminal which is four hours before departure,
- Show documents or completeness documents, including tickets, identification, free Covid-19 certificate or health certificate, travel certificate and other documents that must be met according to the Letter Circular Number 4 of 2020,
- Wearing a mask before the flight, while on the plane until landing and leaving the airport,
- Washing hands or using a hand sanitizer,
- Following the rules of safe distance (physical distancing ) as applicable,
- Maintain cleanliness while in the plane.
Referring to Circular Letter 4 of 2020 the Task Force for the Acceleration of Covid-19 Handling, which regulates policies regarding the prohibition of going home (Mudik), following the criteria and conditions (exclusion requirements) of prospective passengers, include:
- Travel requirements of people who work for government or private institutions:
- Showing negative Covid-19 results based on Rapid Test / Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) Test or health certificate from the health department / hospital / puskesmas / health clinic,
- Show a letter of assignment for the State Civil Apparatus, the Indonesian National Armed Forces, the Indonesian National Police, signed by a minimum of echelon 2 officials,
- Showing a letter of assignment for employees of State-Owned Enterprises / Regional-Owned Enterprises / Technical Implementing Units / Work Units / non-governmental organizations / Business Institutions signed by the Directors / Heads of Offices,
- For those who do not represent government or private institutions must make a statement signed on a stamp and known to the local village chief or village head,

- Travel conditions for patients who need emergency health services or travel for people whose core family members are seriously ill or dead, include the following conditions:
- Showing negative Covid-19 results based on Rapid Test / PCR Test or health certificate from the health department / hospital / puskesmas / health clinic,
- Showing identity (KTP or other valid identification),
- Show a referral letter from the hospital to patients who will be taking treatment elsewhere,
- Show certificate of death from the place of the deceased for permission to visit the family of the deceased (for the benefit of visiting the family of the deceased).
- Requirements for repatriation of Indonesian migrant workers, Indonesian citizens and students who are abroad, and the repatriation of people for special reasons and the government to the regions:
- Showing negative Covid-19 results based on Rapid Test / PCR Test or health certificate from the health department / hospital / puskesmas / health clinic,
- Showing identity (KTP or ID),
- Show a certificate from the Indonesian Migrant Workers Protection Agency (BPPMI) or a certificate from an Indonesian representative abroad (for passengers from abroad),
