SHORTEN QUEUE WITH SELF CHECK IN


Jakarta, 8 November 2017 - In order to improve service user at Terminal 1C International Airport Soekarno - Hatta, with one of its efforts to reduce the density of passengers at check-in counter at the time of the peak hour ( peak hour ) at Terminal 1C, Party Space Pura II along with Batik Air is ready to enforce self check in.

As of November 10, 2017 Batik Air loyal customers will be able to enjoy the self check in service provided by Angkasa Pura II which until now has available 12 self check in machines ready to operate and located around the departure gate of the 1C terminal.

Self check-in in dedicated and required for service users who carry luggage into the cabin of the plane, while for those customers who have luggage and their special circumstances such as traveling with small children, for health reasons, and so will continue to check in at the counter check in Batik Air as usual.

This will be applied, of course, to add a sense of comfort and provide time efficiency for customers who will travel, because by decomposing the check in process either in self check in or counter check in is believed to shorten the time so that will facilitate the service users.

Batik Air is one of the airlines under the auspices of Lion Air Group and operates at Soekarno Hatta International Airport via 1C terminal for both departure and arrival. The period of peak hour ( peak hour ) in the terminal 1C usually occurred in the morning at 06.00 am until 10.00 am.

It is expected that the passengers can enjoy and be helped by the self check in at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport provided by Angkasa Pura II which can be used on the peak hour.
